Academic Building Maintenance Academic Maintenance provides building maintenance services for all administrative and academic buildings on campus. Services provided include: Maintenance of heating, air conditioning, lighting and plumbing systems, maintenance of doors, windows and other building equipment as needed. This unit is managed by Rene Florendo. The unit supervisor is Sonny Luebben. This unit can be contacted through Work Control at 410-704-2481.   Auxiliary Building Maintenance Auxiliary Maintenance provides building maintenance services for auxiliary buildings on campus. This unit is managed by Warren Riefner, associate director of the Physical Plant. The unit supervisor is Tom Durange. This unit can be contacted through Work Control at 410-704-2481. After-Hours Response A skeleton crew of maintenance personnel are on campus after the normal work day.  These individuals respond to urgent or emergency maintenance calls in addition to making regular rounds of mechanical equipment rooms, replacing bulbs of exterior lighting fixtures, etc.  They may be contacted through the University Police at 410-704-2133.
