ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION

College of Liberal Arts
Phase one of the College of Liberal Arts Building - the most recently completed capital project on Towson University's campus.

The Architecture, Engineering and Construction group works hand in hand with other Facilities Management units to coordinate and oversee the construction of campus building, renovation, upgrade and maintenance projects. This includes the preparation of design documents, development plans, cost estimates and bid specifications as well as the development and maintenance of Facilities Design Standards and Guidelines that direct the university’s architectural aesthetic. From selecting outside architectural and engineering design consultants to coordinating projects with the applicable regulatory agencies, Architecture, Engineering and Construction is the heart of Towson University’s physical development.
