Commuter Students
Students who do not live in the campus residence halls (including Towson Run, West Village and Millennium Hall ) are eligible to purchase a commuter permit. Eligible students may purchase an annual, semester or evening permit. Evening permits are only valid in designated lots after 3 p.m.
Evening Students
Students who live off campus and attend classes in the evening are eligible to purchase an evening permit. Students with evening permits may park in commuter and overflow lots after 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Evening permits are also valid in Faculty/Staff lots after the posted hours at the lot. Students who have evening permits but wish to park on campus during the day must park in visitor location and pay the prevailing rate.
