2. A document from the attached LISTS OF ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS to verify identity for the
I-9 form
3. Documents from the attached LISTS OF ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS to verify eligibility to
work in the US for the I-9 form
4. License Plate Number, if parking on campus.
