Accounting Services is responsible for the monthly reconciliation between the state of Maryland's Relational Standard Accounting and Reporting System (R*STARS) and the university's internal systems that include: Financial Records System (FRS), PeopleSoft FS9 Financials, PeopleSoft Student CS9 Financials, and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll.

Our staff maintains appropriate and accurate information in each of these systems through extensive reconciliation procedures and generates all financial reporting, as well as preparing the university's annual audited financial statements.
