On-Campus Shuttle Bus Service
Towson University runs a free on-campus shuttle route for students, faculty, staff and guests.
- Gold Route (PDF Gold/Black) - Core Campus, West Village, University Village, Towson Center
- Black Route (PDF Gold/Black) - Core Campus, West Village, University Village
- Tiger Shuttle (PDF) - Weekend Service 2p.m. - 9 p.m.

Safe Ride 410-704-SAFE
The on campus shuttle service has been expanded to provide Safe Ride service. The Safe Ride on call service is provided 2:30 a.m.- 6 a.m. Monday evening through Sunday. University Village is not served by Safe Ride.
Point-to-point service is available at locations that are accessible with a vehicle by calling
410-704-SAFE. If it is determined that the pick-up/drop off location is not accessible by a vehicle, the walking Escort Service is available to assist in getting you to a serviceable location. Para transit service is also available during Safe Ride hours.
The Escort Service is an additional service provided by the TU Police Department. The service is provided from nightfall to 6 a.m. for areas not served by the shuttle bus. Click here for more information about the escort program:

Please note that campus shuttles do not operate during the summer, over breaks or when the university is closed for a holiday or inclement weather.
TIGERSHUTTLE - REVISED Weekend Shuttle
Effective August 27th, 2011, Tiger Shuttle service will be available on Saturday and Sunday
2 p.m. through 9 p.m. Please note that there is not service provided by the Tiger Shuttle between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. The Tiger Shuttle will serve on campus locations and limited off campus locations on a set schedule and route. Please see the Tiger Shuttle Map & Schedule for more information.
