The university provides limited roadside service to members of the campus community. This service is provided by Parking and Transportation Services and the University Police. Individuals requesting service will be required to provide identification and verification that they are either the owner of the vehicle in question or are authorized to use the vehicle. Department staff use discretion when providing service and may deny service at any time for any reason.
Parking Services Assistance
Parking Services offers the following services between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. Call 410-704-PARK for assistance.
- Jump Starts
- Lock Outs
- Transporation to a service station to purchase gas (owner is responsible for purchasing the gas)
- Fix-a-flat department will provide tire inflation service. Staff will not change tires.
University Police Assistance
The police provide the following services outside of the Parking Services schedule. Please note that all services are based on officer availability. Call 410-704-2134 for assistance.
