LEADERSHIP

Pictured: Students enjoying leadership programming

Leadership is an on-going process that focuses on awareness of self and others, developing and displaying behaviors of integrity, skill and character development, and an overall understanding of how one can affect change in the greater global community.

Towson's Leadership Programming aims to make leadership an essential element of the college experience. We believe that all students have the potential for leadership and work to foster their growth and development.
