Possession of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
The possession or use of alcoholic beverages in the following manner: by any person under 21 years of age; or,...a person 21 years of age or older purchasing for, serving to, or otherwise distributing alchohol to any person who is under 21 years of age.
Sanctions include:
Suspension from Towson University through the fall 2013 semester.
Upon return, the chapter must score at a “Bronze” level or better in the Towson University Chapter Assessment Program (CAP) for the first two semesters back after the national office recruits new members during their re-colonization efforts. Please go to www.towson.edu/gogreek for more details about the program. Should the organization be able to return following the period of suspension, the organization will be placed on University Probation and Social Probation for a period of 1 calendar year starting at the time of re-recognition

The possession and use of alcoholic beverages...by any person under 21 years of age, or;... consumption from an open container in any public area...or; a person 21 years of age or older...distributing alcohol to ay person who is under 21 years old.

You and at least 75% of your membership are required to engage in an alcohol education program to be completed by May 14, 2012.
Censure:
Furthermore, you are issued a Censure. This is a written reprimand and a warning that repeated behaviors will results in more significant disciplinary action being taken including University Probration.

Violation of the University policy prohibiting sexual harrassment and/or the University sexual assult policy,
Uncooperative behavior and/or failure to comply with proper insructions of officials acting in performance of their duties,
